At least 16 people have been killed in a lightning strike on a boat carrying passengers in Bangladesh.
Twelve people, including the bridegroom, have been injured.
The lightning struck at a place called Shivgunj in the northwestern district of Chapainawabganj in Bangladesh on Wednesday.
Chief Administrative Officer Shakib Al Rabbi confirmed the incident and said 16 people had been killed.
Suddenly, thunderstorms began to fall, and one by one, lightning struck them.
