2 killed in Tata Sumo accident in Makwanpur Nepal

Two people have been killed and eight others injured in a Tata Sumo accident in Makwanpur district.

Two persons died on the spot when a Tata Sumo (Na 1 Ja 4511) heading towards Birgunj from Kathmandu met with an accident at Indrasarovar Gaonpalika-2 Lama Bagar on Saturday evening.

The deceased have been identified as Bishnu Lal Shrestha, 62, of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16 and Ram Sahani, 45, of Pokhariya-7, Parsa, according to the District Police Office, Hetauda.

Four injured people have been brought to Star Hospital in Lalitpur for treatment. Four others are undergoing treatment at Hetauda Hospital.
