A child has drowned in a frozen well in Biratnagar / Morang on Monday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Umang Rajbanshi, 5, son of Narayan Rajbanshi of Sunwarshi Municipality-8.
According to him, the minor drowned in a frozen well while playing near his house. The body of the minor was brought out after he died inside a frozen well. Police said that they have started an investigation into the incident.
