Air fares increased, maximum Rs 16,805 to reach Dhangadhi - Online Khabar

June 6, Kathmandu. Airlines have increased air fares after the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) hiked fuel prices.

According to the Association of Airlines Operators, the fare from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi will be Rs 840 more. Now, the maximum fare on the Kathmandu-Dhangadhi route has reached Rs 16,805.

This is the highest rate. Companies can sell tickets at a lower price based on competition.

Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of aviation fuel by Rs 19 per liter to Rs 185. The fare from Kathmandu to Simara has been increased by Rs 170. Now it has reached a maximum of 4,195 for travel to the airport. It will now cost Rs 4,935 to reach Bharatpur. The fare has increased by Rs 200 here. The increased fare will be effective from Wednesday.
