Association of Airlines operators to stop regular flights from Wednesday

July 7, Kathmandu. Airline Operators Association of Nepal has announced to stop regular flights from Wednesday, demanding a solution to long-term problems in the airspace.

The association made a five-point demand at a press conference on Tuesday and announced that the flight would be suspended until the demand is addressed.

The association has demanded to withdraw all the increase in passenger service fee including landing, parking and navigation in the Airport Service Fee Regulation 2078 BS.

Similarly, the union has demanded to provide space for long-term helipad for helicopter operation, hangar for maintenance and other physical infrastructures at Tribhuvan International Airport.
