The main opposition party Nepali Congress has appealed not to take the decision of the Supreme Court as a victory or defeat.

In a press release issued on Monday, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba stressed that the decision of the Supreme Court should not be taken as a matter of personal victory or defeat but should be used for the benefit of democracy, democratic constitution, and the country and the people as a whole.
