Nepal’s Death toll from COVID-19 has risen to 6,845 with 145 new on May 26

In the previous 24 hours, 145 COVID-19 victims have reportedly died from the coronavirus pandemic.

As of Wednesday afternoon, the country’s death toll had risen to 6,845 dead, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

In the meantime, Nepal has reported a total of 6,714 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 6,677 people have tested positive for COVID-19 using the RT-PCR method, and 37 using the Antigen approach.

According to the Ministry, 1,139 people have tested positive for the pandemic virus in Kathmandu, 241 in Lalitpur, and 113 in Bhaktapur, bringing the total number of additional coronavirus cases in the capital valley to 1,493.

In the meantime, 6,716 people have returned home after recovering completely from COVID-19.
