Adjusting COVID-19 deaths brings death to 4,084 deaths

The Health and Public Health (MoHP) Ministry has adjusted COVID-19 fatalities statistics.


The Department shared that 225 new deaths from coronavirus infection have been added to the existing death rate.


The number of fatalities of COVID-19 was 4,084 with the adjustment.


Similarly, over the past 24 hours, Nepal has recorded 9,483 new coronavirus cases.


According to the Ministry, 2,788 people tested positive for pandemic virus in Kathmandu, 602 people in Lalitpur and 537 people in Bhaktapur, making the fresh cases of coronavirus 3,927 in the capital valley in over 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 5,225 persons have returned home after complete health recovery from COVID-19.
