CPN (UML) General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel has said that it would be wrong to try to remove the Prime Minister and the chairperson elected from the General Convention within the party.

Speaking at a party induction program at Dhumrabarahi in Kathmandu Constituency No. 5 on Friday, General Secretary Pokharel said, The UML cannot be the person behind the wrong thing.

It is a crime to try to overthrow the government within the UML. ” He called upon the leaders and cadres to unite the party by defeating the elements of bad conduct within the party.

Bagmati State Assembly member Narayan Silval said that living independently of the party was different and urged the party to work by giving priority to discipline.

More than 30 leaders and cadres from different parties including Nepali Congress, Maoist Center, and Jaspal had joined UML in the party entry program organized by Kathmandu Metropolitan City-4.

Chairman of Kamanpa-4 Mohan Bahadur Bista urged the youths joining the UML to work for development and social change.
