Janata Samajwadi Party( Jasapa) Chairman Upendra Yadav has convened a meeting of the party’s central executive committee.

The meeting was convened at 2 pm at the party’s central office in Balkumari, said executive member Pradip Yadav.

Yadav informed that the Mahanta Thakur-Rajendra Mahato group was informed at the meeting.

However, the Thakur-Mahato faction will not participate in the meeting, said leader Laxman Lal Karna.

He said that he would not attend the meeting convened by Yadav after accepting the injustice done by the Election Commission.

He said that they were in internal discussions to go to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Election Commission.

He said that there was no news about the meeting.

“We will go to court against the decision of the commission. As the Supreme Court has summoned both the parties on the 30 July, we are in consultation on whether to go after it or before, ‘said Karna.

The Supreme Court has summoned both the parties in a writ petition filed by Thakur’s party on July 30.

After receiving the official status, the Yadav faction has said that it will not take any action after admitting the Thakur faction’s mistake and criticizing itself.

Today’s meeting of Yadav’s party is preparing to approve the draft constitution of the parliamentary party and make a formal decision to join the government.
