Milarepa Meditation Center, Sankhu, Nepal donated 100 sets of oxygen concentrators to Joy Foundation Nepal to serve various government hospitals and local government health service providers.

According to Raju Shrestha, President of Joy Foundation Nepal, 100 sets of oxygen concentrators will be supplied and transported to various government hospitals and health posts in distant locations around the country starting on Saturday.

Different local bodies, hospitals, and health posts in Nuwakot, Syangja, Myagdi, Gorkha, Solukhumbhu, Manang, Kaski, and Bardiya districts will receive the oxygen concentrator.

Shrestha went on to say that in distant locations, hospitals and health posts are unable to satisfy demand for oxygen, and individuals are forced to wait in line for their turn to acquire an oxygen cylinder, which often results in death.
