Outgoing Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to leave the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar today.

Oli is scheduled to leave Baluwatar at 11 this morning after Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba was elected prime minister. He will be staying at his private residence in Balkot from today.

UML cadres are preparing to take out a procession in favor of Oli when he goes to Balkot from Baluwatar.

UML leader Mahesh Basnet had called for that on social media on Tuesday.

According to Basnet, Youth Force and National Youth Association Nepal will take Oli from Baluwatar to Balkot by skirting him with 2,000 vehicles and 3,000 motorcycles.

Oli was removed from the PM’s post after Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba became the PM.

Deuba was sworn in as the prime minister on Tuesday.
