He was arrested by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office soon before 5 p.m. on Saturday, according to Wear-TV. According to the Maury County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee, he was taken into jail about 11 p.m. on Friday.

In Lebanon, Tennessee, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Tennessee Highway Patrol apprehended Spanevelo. Tampering with Evidence, Giving False Information Concerning a Missing Person Investigation, and Destruction of Evidence are among the charges he faces.
