NAC receives permission to fly to Saudi Arabia

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), the country’s flag carrier, has received permission to fly to Saudi Arabia.

According to the corporation’s spokesperson, Archana Khadka, the Saudi civil aviation regulator granted the permit to the Nepal government-run company on Sunday. According to Khadka, the license was handed over to NAC executive chairperson Ubaraj Adhikari at the corporation’s Saudi Arabia office in Riyadh.

With the approval, the corporation plans to begin regular Kathmandu-Riyadh-Kathmandu flights in April. There will be three flights per week, according to the information obtained.
