Ncell Axiata Limited and Rakuten Viber have partnered to provide special data packages to Ncell customers.
With the purchase of Hero Pack, Nonstop YouTube, Triple Fun, and SMS Pack, the four packs that customers have been most interested in, according to the partnership, customers will now get extra free data to run Viber for free.
With these packs, there is no additional charge for data available for Viber messaging and are already available as an optional ‘add-on’ in prepaid and postpaid data packages. With this new offer, Ncell’s customers now have access to additional data to use Viber’s features like Viber messaging, stickers, new augmented reality (AR) lenses. Viber has also refined security to protect user data privacy.
Similarly, Ncell customers get free access to Viber stickers, and the ‘paid sticker pack’ which is available only after a purchase is also available free of cost, especially for Ncell customers.

Ncell has already been providing dedicated community and digital bot services to its customers on Viber. The partnership will also launch a localized Viber lens based on augmented reality (AR) in the near future.
