Nepal vs Bhutan: Nepal defeated Bhutan 4-0 in the SAAF U-19 Women’s Championship held in Bangladesh on Friday.

After winning for the second time in a row, host Bangladesh has added seven points and Nepal has risen to the top position with a goal difference and is close to the final.

Menuka Ale Magar scored two goals and Kushum Khatiwada and Rajni Thokar scored one goal each for Nepal.

Menuka gave Nepal the lead in the second minute of the game. Kusum doubled Nepal’s lead in the 18th minute. Rajni gave Nepal a 3-0 lead in the 21st minute.

Menuka scored the second individual goal and the fourth for the team in the 72nd minute.

After losing to Nepal, Bhutan, which has only three points from four games, is out of the final. Similarly, Sri Lanka has also left.

Nepal will now compete with India in the final match of the league on Sunday. Nepal will reach the final even if they draw the match. Nepal had earlier beaten Sri Lanka 6-0 in a draw with Bangladesh. India is in third place with 6 points after winning 2 out of 3 games. Bangladesh will play Sri Lanka on Sunday.
