NEPSE decreases by 30.51 points on January 12

On Wednesday, the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) fell by 30.51 points.

With today’s drop, the index has dropped to 2803.62 points.

Today, 16.147 million shares of 229 firms were exchanged, resulting in an Rs 8.033 billion turnover. NEPSE

Banking fell by 22 points, development banking fell by 122 points, finance fell by 57 points, hotel and tourism fell by 78 points, hydropower fell by 6 points, life insurance fell by 189 points, microfinance fell by 61 points, non-life insurance fell by 266 points, and other subgroups fell by 76 points.

Similarly, trade increased by 20 points, manufacturing increased by 6 points, and investment increased by 2 points.

The combined worth of the four enterprises has climbed by 10%. NEPSE

Corporate Development, NIFRA, Narayani Development, and Madhyabhotekoshi Hydropower tariffs have all risen by 10%. Himalayan energy development lost the highest value, falling by 6.2 percent.

Similarly, Nepal Bangladesh Bank led in terms of high transaction amounts.
