Organizer’s successful begin in U-16 Nexus Cup T20 cricket

June 6, Kathmandu. Organizer Nexus Cricket Academy has began the U-16 Nexus Cup T20 cricket season 5 with a victory on Monday.

Nexus beat Oasis Cricket Academy by 91 runs at Mulpani Worldwide Cricket Floor. Batting first, the Nexus put up a complete of 160 runs for the lack of 2 wickets within the stipulated 20 overs.

Man-of-the-match Uttam Magar added 69 off 38 balls for the Nexus. He struck three fours and 5 sixes. Sandeep Bista scored 41 runs with the assistance of two fours and a pair of sixes whereas Vivek Yadav added 29 runs. Oisis’ Ishan Shah took 2 wickets for the bowlers.

In reply, Oasis have been all out for 69 in 17.1 overs. Samir Bista of Nexus took 4 wickets and Ashok Dhami took 2 wickets.
