Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Nepal soon.

Deuba said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had expressed his intention to visit Nepal during a meeting with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba during the COP conference.

Prime Minister Deuba informed that he had talked with his Indian counterpart about his visit to Nepal and Narendra Modi was eager to visit Nepal.

Prime Minister Deuba said, “I told the Indian Prime Minister that we welcome you to come to Nepal. I asked him to visit Pashupatinath and Muktinath of Nepal. There are also visits to religious places. I told him to come and he said that he was ready to come to Nepal. He also told me to visit India.

During the meeting with the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the US Agency for International Development (MCC), Prime Minister Deuba said that Nepal was in favor of the MCC and discussed the need to complete the process as soon as possible.

He said, “He had said when the MCC will be passed. I have said that we will discuss with the coalition and reach a conclusion as soon as possible.” We have signed and sent it. Prachandaji has also signed it. This is not the reason for the adjournment of the parliament. It is for other reasons. Some issues have to be addressed through ordinances.
