In the course of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the people of Mumbai are disbursing food in Juhu. Activist Sonal Chauhan has stepped out.

Viral Bhayani shared a video on Instagram in which the actress can see water bottles distributed to the needy outside the temple, together with biscuits. Sonal interacted with them even as she asked them to wear a mask and to protect themselves.

The Jannat actress, who is dressed in grey and white, can be seen distributing food packets to people outside the Shani temple in Juhu. Several of the actress’s fans praised her noble gesture, as well as her humanitarian work in the midst of the pandemic.

The actress, who recently celebrated her 34th birthday, took to Twitter and penned a strong message for all her fans, thanking them for their well-wishes and praying for the people’s suffering to end with this pandemic.

Sonal, who rose to prominence in 2008 with the hit Jannat, co-starring Emraan Hashmi, has since appeared in a slew of films in Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil, as well as ventures such as Bbuddah… Hoga Terra Baap and 3G. In 2018, she made a comeback in Hindi films with JP Dutta’s Paltan.

Her most recent projects include the web series Skyfire and the film The Power, both of which were released earlier this year. Her most recent project was a music video in which she starred alongside Arjun Kanungo.
