Supreme Court orders to appoint Sher Bahadur Deuba as PM within 28 hours

The Supreme Court has declared the dissolution of the House of Representatives by President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as unconstitutional. 

Restoring the dissolved House of Representatives at midnight on May 22, the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court has issued an order to appoint Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 76 (5) of the Constitution.

In the decision, Deuba has been asked to appoint the prime minister by 5 pm tomorrow. 

That is, the president must appoint the prime minister within 28 hours of the decision.
