The Maoists will form a separate organization to accommodate those returning from abroad

July 7, Kathmandu. The CPN-Maoist is planning to form a separate organization to accommodate those who have returned to Nepal from abroad.

Central Office Secretary of the UCPN (M) Dor Prasad Upadhyaya said that a separate organization was being formed considering the need to include the returnees in large numbers.

CPN-UML has formed a return federation to accommodate those returning from abroad. Upadhyaya said that a proposal would be tabled at the Central Committee meeting on March 30, though no decision has been taken on the name and structure.

“As there is a large number of returnees from abroad, the leaders feel the need to include them,” Upadhyay told Online Khabar.

The Maoist leaders have said that such an organization would be needed to reunite those who have been living abroad for a long time.

The Maoists are ready to hand over the leadership of the organization to the leaders who have been living abroad for a long time.
