Police have arrested two people from Dang along with the skin of a rare wild animal, Habre (Red Panda).

The arrested are Nar Bahadur Basnet, 56, of Bheriganga Municipality-8, and Dil Bahadur Rawat, 48, of Jajarkot Junichadi Municipality-7.

According to the District Police Office, Dang, police have recovered from them a piece of dry skin resembling a red panda with a length of 2 feet 10 inches from the tail to the head, 32 pieces of kinetic shining stone, and a mobile phone.

Police said that further investigation is underway into the incident.
