Two persons died on the spot when a truck and a bus collided at Hetauda in Makwanpur district tuesday night.

Two persons died on the spot when a truck and a bus collided at Hetauda in Makwanpur district tuesday night.

The night bus (Na 7 Kha 876) heading towards Kathmandu from Janakpur was hit by a truck (Pradesh-2-301KHA 5035) coming from the opposite direction at Nawalpur in Hetauda on Tuesday night. The passengers of the bus died on the spot.

The deceased has not been identified yet and the investigation is underway, said Jayeshwar Rimal, spokesperson of the District Police Office. He said that 15 injured passengers of the bus and the driver of the truck were undergoing treatment at Chure Hill and Cooperative Hospital in Hetauda.
