MPs from both groups of the CPN-UML have launched a party unity campaign. 

Chairman KP Sharma Oli and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal sitting in Singha Durbar have launched a unity pressure campaign.

Lawmakers from both groups have agreed to launch a joint campaign to end the split. 

On behalf of Oli, Krishna Prasad Dahal, Dr. Surya Pathak, Lal Prasad Saawa (LP), Rajendra Rai, Shanti Pakhrin, Yagya Bogati, and others.

From Nepal, Yagya Raj Sunuwar, Zhapat Rawal, Jayakumar Rai, Dr. Deepak Prakash Bhatt, Narayan Khatiwada, Pavitra Kharel, Raj Bahadur Budha and others are involved.

 “We will strengthen this campaign that has been started to preserve unity. 

We are making a joint appeal to join the unity pressure campaign, ‘said Sunuwar.

Deepak Bhatt and Surya Pathak have been given the responsibility of drafting the signatures of the remaining parliamentarians. 

Expanding the campaign, Sunuwar said that the UML would interact with the members of the task force formed to preserve unity.
